Aurelion Golf is currently a working identity for golf-demand validation and evidence-led sourcing. This website is not an online store and does not accept payment, place an order, or reserve inventory.

Information submitted

The private-buyer form records the requested club or exact model, handedness, usable specification, acceptable condition, exact budget amount and currency, timing, destination country and city, language, and campaign source. An email address is stored only when it is supplied and the matching-offer permission box is checked.

The trade form records the name, business email, company, market, product category, quantity, brief, language, and source needed to evaluate and reply to a commercial request.

Anonymous site measurement

The site records first-party page, section, call-to-action, form-start, and submission-status events so we can distinguish traffic from usable demand. These events contain a random session identifier, study version, placement, campaign tags, and a quality-assurance marker. They do not contain an email address, IP address, user-agent string, payment data, or the free-text club specification. Session identifiers are stored in browser session storage and are not browser fingerprints.

How the information is used

• Measure real demand by model, condition, budget, timing, and market.
• Evaluate whether an evidence-backed sourcing option or trade response can be prepared.
• Contact a submitter only for the request made and, where applicable, under the permission selected.
• Protect the forms from abuse and maintain operational records.

Sharing and retention

Submitted information is not sold or rented. It may be processed by website hosting, database, and operations providers that support this project. Data may be processed across borders. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the demand test, a requested sourcing response, operational security, or legal recordkeeping, and are then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may submit a private-buyer signal without an email address. If you later receive an email from this project, reply to that message to withdraw contact permission or request deletion of your contact information. A fully anonymous signal normally cannot be located or linked back to a person.
