← Back to Aurelion GolfBuyer field guideBuy the club, not the listing.
A premium name is not enough. Freeze the usable specification, match every proof item to the same physical club, and decide the delivered budget before a seller starts negotiating.

Three checks before a sourcing request
01Freeze the usable specification
A model name can describe dozens of builds. Write the version you can actually play before comparing prices.
- Model and release year
- Right- or left-handed
- Loft or exact set makeup
- Shaft model, weight and flex
- Length or lie changes
- Acceptable condition and included accessories
02Match proof to one physical club
A receipt, serial photo and condition photos are useful only when they can be tied to the same unit. A serial number alone does not authenticate a club.
- Face, crown, sole and hosel
- Shaft label and grip
- Serial location and close-up
- Timestamped group photo of the same unit
- Seller identity and source document
- Written disclosure of damage, repair or modification
03Set the delivered budget
The useful number is what you can accept at your door—not a foreign listing price. State the local-currency ceiling and the city where the club must arrive.
- Club acquisition price
- Inspection and packing
- International and local delivery
- Duty, tax and brokerage
- Payment and currency conversion
- Return, damage and dispute reserve

A complete brief helps decide what to verify first. It does not create an order, reserve stock or guarantee a source.
